Hello!
As I mentioned in my previous post, I’ve decided to participate in the latest 30 day fitness challenge featured on bodyrock.tv.
Yesterday, I completed the fit test posted on the website to see where my fitness level is right now. At the end of the 30 day challenge, I’ll complete the same fit test again to see how my fitness level has improved!
Here are my scores for day 1 (score = number of reps completed in 50 seconds with 10 second rest between exercises):
1. Squat Jumps (modified to regular squat) – 27
2. Push Ups (modified on knees) – 20
3. Burpees – 8
4. High Knees – 50
5. Switch Lunges (modified to alternating lunges) – 14
6. Tuck Jumps (modified to prisoner jumps) – 14
7. Tricep Dips (modified with bent knees) – 14
8. Straight Abs (modified with feet on floor)- 18
As you can see, I’ve noted which exercises I needed to modify, and what those modifications were. This way I’ll be able to more accurately measure my progress when I complete the fit test again. I really love that BodyRock gives modifications for beginners, as well as for those of us who may not have all of the equipment they use in the workouts. There really is no excuse to not get moving!
I’m really looking forward to seeing how much measurable progress I make in 30 days. I’ll make sure I keep you all posted!
Until next time!

Good luck! I love the IDEA of BodyRock (short and sweet!) but tabatas always make me so nauseaus!
Ooh fantastic plan L!
have fun !! cant wait to hear how it goes!
